Hi !! Just viewed your message while browsing. I knew Captain Harry Moreland and was the last person to see him when he left on an observation flight in Oct of 1952. Within 15 minutes his aircraft had been hit and he was forced to parachute out. He died in captivity in North Korea. His observer, Lieut Jack Lowe went down with the aircraft behind enemy lines and his body was never recovered. I was the mechanic on his aircraft, and dispatched the flight the morning that this happened. If you need more info, please contact me. I have photos & clippings.( )
