Grandfather was dead at the time of my birth. Grandmother remarried and step father adopted her. mother was born 1948ish Gave birth to my husband in michigan..1965 would love to find info about medals honors ect. It's a shame when someone is killed or dies in service and they just disappear. No way to get history unless someone remembers him. He had four brothers all in the service and one sister. Any help would be appreciated. We have 5 kids of our own would love to tell them about their grandpa.
