I found a captured North Korean Flag with signatures

I came across a couple of flags and 1 I could not figure out where it was from. When I researched it and found out that it was a North Korean flag I was speechless, a little more looking and the flag has the names of 2 soldiers and their info. both were in the 24th inf. I can find all kinds of info on any war captured flag but a North Korean flag is impossible to find. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Would like to find a collector so it could be properly preserved.
