If MASH HAD really been created with the [[Korean War]]Timeline it would have gone like this:
*June 25/26 1950 [[Battle of Uijeongbu]]-when MASH is within the "front lines" {5/1} {Blake not Potter would have been in command}
*August 1950-MASH 4077 is on its way to the Pusan Perimiter from JAPan from the retreat of June-August 1950.
*October 6, 1950 Douglas McArthur meets President at Wake Island {6/9}
*October 1950 MacArthur drive to the Yalu 10/12
*OCtober 25 1950 The Chinese Army Enters the War {4/21} {4/24}
*December 1950 {1/12} {Chosin Reservior battles}
*Jan-MArch 1951 [[Douglas MacArthur]] vists MASH 4077 {3/21}
*Mar-April 1951 Easter celebration 3/16 <
*April 11, 1951-MAcArthur releived by [[Matthew Ridgeway]]
*May 25, 1951 Hawkeye letter to his father 1/4
*October 31, 1951 {Halloween} epsiode {[[Battle of Heartbreak Ridge]]} Blake not Potter would have been in commmand {11/2}.
*December 1951-the Army Navy Game and Propaganda Bomb {1/20}-MASH is staioned near DMZ north of Seoul; Nobel Prize awarded {2/11}
*May 12, 1952 [[Mark Wayne Clark]] takes over command from [[Matthew Ridgeway]] {3/16}
*May 1952-Syngee Rhee elected again {4/15){Blake not Potter would HAve been in command}
*Summer 1952-MASH OLympics {6/11} {11/9} {Blake Not Potter would Have been in Command}
*Sept 11, 1952-Colonel Blake killed; Trapper John goes home {Hawkeye should have gone home too at the same time} 3/24 & 4/1
*Sept 12, 1952-Major Burns takes command-{HOuilhan should have been ranking CO having been in Army 10 years} BJ HUnnicut arrives-as a Doctor from a Medical school that was founded after the real Korean War ended!
*Sept 19, 1952-Col Potter takes command {4/2}
*Oct 11, 1952--Potter leaves Burns in command; Burns knocks himself out in the operating room and brings Hawkeye up on charges of Mutinty; Hawkeye cleared. {4/21}
*OCt 1952-Eisenhower pledges to Go to Korea if elected {3/16)
*December 1952-President elect [[Dwight Eisenhower]] vists Korea. Hawkeye mistakenly reported dead {4/4} {In 8/2 and 10/4 Hawkeye refers to the President as Harry Truman{!}}
*March-April {Easter} 1953-MASH families reunuion. {Burns not Winchester would be at MASH}{7/26}
*April 1, 1953-Potter pulls April Fool Joke {8/25) {Not 1950}
*April-May 1953 Wounded POW exchange {3/2}{Potter Not Blake would have been in Command}{this epsiode was repeated 5/16};
*April-July 1953:
**Major Houilhan gets married; Burns gets sent home on a section 8 discharge; Major Winchester replaces Burns; {6/1-3}
**April- Klinger has a reaction to primaquine; everyone-even Winchester-tries to be nice to Colonel Potter {9/16}
**Winchester is at a front line aid station during [[Battle of Pork Chop Hill]]} {10/17} {March-July 1953}; {By May 1953 Winchester has been in MASH 4077 one month};
**Potter Considers Retirement {6/22 May-July};
**Radar is sent home on a compassionate leave; {8/4-8/5}
**[[Ted Williams]] goes home {11/6}{June 1953};
**HAwkeye has a nervous breakdown and storms the peace talks {7/2} & gets psychriatic care {11/16}.
**July 27, 1953 Korean War Ends and Father Mulcahy goes partialy deaf {11/16)
*Of COurse if MASH had been written to the real [[Korean War]]timeline there wouldn't be epsiodes such as when Winchester loses bets on the ''OCtober 1951 Dodgers world series''; or Potter welcomes the New Year's day of 1952; or BJ and Winchester complaining about how they have been 2 years in Korea...{BJ would have been in Korea ''11 months''; Winchester would have been in Korea ''3 & 1/2 months''!}
