Dora,

On April 6, 1952 there were 19 male births recorded in San Francisco county. None of them have a name similar to Steven Michael Harrison. I also searched the entire month of April and couldn't find him. Could the date or location be different? Also, what was his wife's name? Sometimes it helps to search on relatives to find the actual person you are looking for.
