I have found new information since I posted this. Kenneth Harrison may have been Kenneth James Harrison born 1933 in Oklahoma. He was part Cherokee. He was stationed at Treasure Island in San Francisco during Korean War and deployed to Korea July 1951. While stationed at Treasure Island he dated a Navajo Indian girl named Mary Ann.
Any information as to his whereabouts would be greatly appreciated.
