Just getting started

I am just getting started on my family tree and I know very little. My father was James Kornegay who lived in Goldsboro in Wayne County, NC. He was born 5-23 in the early 1900's maybe 1919 or 1920. I know that his father's name was Jethro and he married a woman named Molly. I do not have any birth or death dates. I know that they had four children, James, Bernice, Eunice and Edgar. All deceased. I know that my father was married many times before he married my mother Mary Keith Kornegay who was born and rasied in Duplin county, NC but currently resides in wayne county. I know that Bernice married a man with the last name of Howard, they had no children and she was a barber. I know that Eunice married a man with the last name of Smith, I known that they had at least one son named Raymond Smith who married Thelma Smith who was a school teacher in Goldsboro, NC. I know that Edgar married a woman named Patricia. They had no children of their own but he helped raise her two children. If you have any info please let me know. Thanks
