I HAVE INFO ON MARTHA FRANCES THOMAS WHO MARRIED WYATT Y. KORNEGAY. SHE IS MY GR-GRANDFATHER, GEORGE ROBERT THOMAS' SISTER. MARTHA FRANCES THOMAS WAS MARRIED FIRST TO THOMAS J. MADISON AND HAD 3 CHILDREN. HER SECOND HUSBAND WAS WYATT Y. KORNEGAY, MARRIED ON NOVEMBER 27, 1867 IN OKTIBBEHA CO., MS. MARTHA FRANCES' BROTER, JOHN HENRY THOMAS MARRIED WYATT Y. KORNEGAY'S DAUGHTER SUSAN A. KORNEGAY. I HAVE MADE A HARDBOUND BOOK ON THE THOMAS FAMILY. WOULD LIKE TO KNOW MORE ABOUT JOHN HENRY THOMAS AND SUSAN A. KORNEGAY THOMAS CHILDREN. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT SUSAN DIED ABOUT 1901 IN CLAY CO., MS. THEY WERE ON THE 1880 BEAT 4, CLAY CO., MS. CENSUS. JOHN HENRY THOMAS' MOTHER WROTE THE NAMES OF 5 OF HIS AND SUSAN'S CHILDREN. ONE OF THEM, JAMES WYATT THOMAS, BORN AUGUST 25, 1872 ON PERRY CO., ALA. WAS IN HILL CO., TX.
I WAS TOLD THAT AFTER SUSAN A. (KORNEGAY) THOMAS DIED JOHN HENRY TOOK THE CHILDREN TO TEXAS WHERE SOME OF HIS SISTER, MARTHA FRANCES AND WYATT Y. KORNEGAY'S FAMILY WERE LIVING.
