Sometimes I get chills doing genealogy. Today was one of those days. I had just clicked on the Kornegay forum, because my ggg grandmother, Bridget McGary, was living with David S. and Elizabeth Kornegay at Washington-on-the-Brazos, TX. (or near there) at the 1850 census. I had the census copy in my lap, and lo! I read your post, looked down at the census, and there was Edward D. Kornegay-5 yrs. old. We think Elizabeth was a McGary. She was sister to my Sarah McGary McKissick, who lived next door. If you don't have your g(?)grandfather's siblings, let me know, and I'll give them to you.
