Thanks Zlatica for the valuable map index tool and I found Igaz Falva in Krasso County (now Romania) that might explain why my grandmother called my grandfather "You Romanian" particularly when she was mad at him. Although I see that her sister Julia Szel immigrated from Igazfalva as well, however claimed to have been born in Bobszeq Biha.
