Krise surname DNA project

We are seeking participants in a Krise surname DNA project. DNA can be a very useful tool in identifying family roots and contemporary family connections. The Krise Surname Project is on Family Tree DNA:
It is open to everyone who has any of the following surnames: Krise, Crise, Grass, Greiss, Grice, Grise, Kreis, Kress, Kriss, and any other variant spellings which you believe may be related. The DNA sample must come from a male with one of the related surnames. All Krises are not necessarily related. The project will enable us to identify the different family lines and help individuals to determine which Krise family they belong to. In some cases, it will also be possible to identify the European roots of the family. See the website for more information about the project and how to join.
