Hello everyone...I am also looking for information on the family of George and Salome (Sarah) Krise. They seemed to have their children while still in Maryland and then came to Cambria/Clearfield county PA. I descend from their son David Krise who married Ruth Adams. I have quite a bit of information on George's children John, Henry and David. They all became Catholic, I believe because of their wives. I think Valentine is also a child too. April, you listed Valentine, Catherine and George as children...i think you're probably right on that but i haven't really found any proof, have you? I think one of George's daughters married a Cree...her name was Elizabeth. Who did the Catherine you mentioned marry? Where did you see George (Jr) as a son? Another email Michael Peltzer sent me was from a lady who descends from a William Andrew Krise born in Maryland about the same time as George's other kids...perhaps he is a son of George too! Anyone know anything on this? I have a decent amount of information on John, Henry and David's kids if anyone is interested...
