Benjamin Krohn was the son of Jacob Krohn (Krone) who resided in Windsor Township, York County, Pennsylvania at the time of the 1850 census. Benjamin and his brother, Michael, moved to Lucas County, Ohio. Michael was born July 17, 1832 and died February 8,1898. He and his wife Margaret (born Aptil 17, 1835 and died April 1, 1887) are buried in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Providence Township,Lucas County,Ohio. Benjamin and his wife, Lydia, are also buried in Mt. Pleasant. I believe that Jacob Krone was the son of Michael and Sophia Krone. In any case, I have been researching the family for some time!
