Anna, do you know anything about your grandfather's brother Axel, like the name of his wife or children, where he lived in the U.S., etc.? I'm looking for info on my grandfather, Andrew Axel Croon or Krohn who as a young man, c. 1915, went to Denver, Colorado and lived there until his death. There he married my grandma, Ada Groman. He told my grandma that his parents were from Sweden and that they were Andrew Axel and Hannah Croon, changed from Krohn when they came to the U.S. We don't know ANYTHING else about his family or background! This is really the needle in the haystack!
