Hi,

I have now almost comleted my research of the Krulls in Estonias island Osel. My traces go back to 1739 and the name of the fore-father is Erasmus Wilhelm Krull (Kroll), he was marked as German in the church books, and his offspring mingled among the free citizens, mostly germans. I am wondering if anyone knows anything about Krulls heading as far off as to Estonia? Saaremaa or Osel was of course part of Hansa union and ruled by Swedes just before 1720. Then Peter the 1st took over. So I am sure Erasmus was one of the first generations of Krulls in Estonia, he must have come from somewhere, if anybody can, please help;)

Thanks in advance,

Uku Kuut
