I suspect you are from the 1858 bunch that came from Weggun (near Potsdam, Prussia??) and settled in the area around East London.
I have a copy of a crest that has the three stars on a band accross the shield, mentioned that was sent by someone trying to sell me a book on the Krulls. There is a fair comprehensive family tree of the family
