Hi, I may have found a long lost Swedish family. I have been looking for Carl Magnus Petersson (b. 3 February 1846, Furuby) married to Anna Lena Svensdotter (b. 1 April 1837, Växjö) and their three children: Sven Johan (b. 14 September 1871, Bergunda), Frans Wilhelm (b. 8 May 1873, Bergunda) and Hilda Maria (b. 3 May 1879, Bergunda). This family left Sweden 17 April 1884 for North America. I think I have found the family in Atchison. The date of immigration is correct and the birth dates match pretty well. But I think that Anna Lena had died and (now) Charles had remarried. The family I found was: Charles Peterson (b. February 1847, Sweden, d. before 1920 census)his wife Ada or Addie or Ida (b. January 1871, Sweden) Children: Hilda (b. May 1879, Sweden) Ella (b. April 1895, KS) Annie (b. November 1896, KS) Malcolm (b. October 1898, KS) Carl (b.c. 1901, KS) Alfred (b.c. 1905, KS) Helen (b.c 1908, KS) Otto (b.c. 1913, KS) I think Malcolm was a foundry moulder and married Inez (b.c. 1902, KS) and had: Charles M (b.c. 1921, KS) Ester J (b.c 1925, KS) This family was living in District 8 in Atchison in 1930. If anyone out there can help me find more info it would be appreciated. I have the info going back in Sweden. This is a long shot but it's the best I've come up with. Thanks.
