Greetings Harmon,
What you need to do is to send a written request to the following:
District Court
PO Box 408
Atchison, KS 66002
along with a check or money order for $12.00 and a self-addressed stamped envelope.
Include the following information (which you already have):
Names of the Groom and Bride
Date of the marriage
They will search for the information. I was told that the Court may not have it, though.
If you wish to call the Court, the number is 913-367-7400.
