Sheriff Bud McCracken Cut Down
in the Zenith of his Usefulness
by a Cowardly Assassin at Kiowa.

JAMES CLARK, THE SLAYER
Shot at 9:45 Thursday Night
and Dies at 12:10 P. M. Saturday.
Murderer taken to Wellington to avoid Lynching.
