If you are looking for something in Barton County - or anyplace in Kansas, go to http://www.topowest.com/main.html. (SAVE THIS URL!)
When the page comes up, click on Kansas
When the Kansas page comes up,
EITHER enter the name of the place (cemetery, pond, lake, creek, city, school, convent, et cetera,
OR go to the A-Z listing and click on the letter of the first name of what you are looking for.
Scroll through the letters until you find the name. Click on it.
When the map comes up, it will look like a bunch of little dots. Click on "View at 125 DPI."
Give the map PLENTY of time to download. Then, start in the upper left-hand corner and scroll sideways to the right.
Go down a little, then scroll to the left. Look carefully.
You can find most anything, so keep this URL handy. Good luck and happy hunting!
