I would suggest you contact the library in Gt. Bend , Kansas at 1409 Williams 67530 Phone 620-792-2409. Their web-site idcates they will do research for a small fee. Since you have the exact date they should be able to help you. If you live in Kansas your local library can borrow the relevant micro-film fom the Kansas Stte Historical Society in Topeka. I have had great success with libraries.
