Hi!
I'm interested in finding descendants of a family by the name of Foster that lived in Harvey County, KS. Charles Foster and his wife Doranna were living in that county at least as early as 1900. Dora Anna was born Dora Anna Celinda Carr in Zion Hill, Pope County, IL on January 28, 1862. She died in 1949 to the best of my knowledge. I believe the family had five children. Charles Foster came from Hardin County, IL.
I'm related to this family by way of Dora. She was the sister of my 2nd gr grandfather William Merida. I'm interested if any descendants of this family had information about the Carr family passed down to them. Did Dora Anna ever have any contact with her two brothers William Merida and James? Did she ever talk about her life in southern Illinois?
