John Reamer & son G. W. Reamer

After the Civil War John moved to Labette Co.,KS after 1870. His son G. W. Reamer also moved to KS before 1876 when his fifth child was born in Kingstone KS. In a newspaper article in Page Co. VA It states that John was a vet. surgeon. I'm trying to find out what he did in KS. If he had served in the Civil War because there is several John Reamer listed. My Mother said G. W. was a judge for a county. Any help you can give me will be appreciated. Bette
