This is the only Anna Tack in Kansas in the 1910 census:

Ross Township, Osborne County, Kansas

Tack, Anna, age 29, single, b. US, parents b. blank, laundress, hotel

Also in Osborne County:

Tack, Herman, Head, age 48, married twice, 5 years this marriage, b. Germany, parents b. Germany, emigrated 1883, naturalized, farmer
Tack, Gertrude, Wife, age 22, married once, 5 years, 0 children born/living, b. Kansas, father b. Iowa, mother b. Illinois
Tack, Anna, Daughter, age 15, single, b. Kansas, father b. Germany, mother b. Kansas
Tack, William, Son, age 10 (or 11), single, b. Kansas, father b. Germany, mother b. Kansas

In 1900, the above Anna is living at home in Webster Township, Smith County:

Tack, Gustav, Head, b. Jan(?) 1840, age 59, married twice, 19 years this marriage, b. Germany, parents b. Germany, emigrated 1872, naturalized, farmer
Tack, Lena W., Wife, b. March 1838, age 42, married, 19 years, 5 children born/living, b. Germany, parents b. Germany, emigrated 1880
Tack, Anna E., Daughter, b. April 1881, age 19, single, b. Kansas
Tack, Adolph G., Son, b. Oct. 1882, age 17, single, b. Kansas, farm laborer
Tack, Ida M., Daughter, b. March 1884, age 16, single, b. Kansas, at school
Tack, Frederick W., son, b. Sept. 1885, age 14, single, b. Kansas, at school
Tack, Alvine E., Daughter, b. Feb. 1893, age 7, single, b. Kansas, at school

The above states that Gustav was married twice and this might be him with his first family arriving in Baltimore on 12 May 1870 on the Isabella out of Bremen, Germany:

Tack, Gustav, age 30
Tack, Friedericke, age 27
Tack, Adele, age 4
Tack, Anna, age 2
Tack, Gustav, age 1

You will need to confirm that this is indeed the right family by getting a copy of Anna and John's marriage registration from probably Mitchell (or perhaps Osborne) County. Their death registrations should be available from Mitchell County.
