My dad was a linemen for REA between 1950-1954, name Melvin Warner.
He suffered severe burns when he touched a live wire, I am trying to find a newspaper clipping or someone that knew when this happened.
Also about that time a train derailment happened, the people were taken to the hospital my dad was in. I am just trying to put the dates right. There may have been flooding in Cawker city or in that area.
If anyone has any thing on this I sure would appreciate info
on this.
