Eliza and the children were enumerated twice in 1870, once with the new husband and once as a widow:

Grasshopper Falls, Jefferson Co., Kansas

Man, Eliza, aged 32, housekeeper, b. Kentucky
Man, Lewis E., aged 4, b. Kansas
Man, Nettie (or Hettie), aged 2, b. Kansas
Man, Russel, aged 7 months, b. Kansas

She is living next to likely her mother, Jeanette Coffman, aged 62, b. Kentucky

A possible in the 1865 Kansas State Census

Grasshopper Falls, Jefferson Co., Kansas

Mann, E. aged 24, female, b. Ohio
Mann, J.A., aged 26, male, b. Penn
Mann, D., aged 2, female, b. Kansas
(living with the Lynd family)
