Pat: if you use an atlas map of KS & draw a line west from Blaine to the Tuttle Creek Res. it will give you the approximate location of Garrison. I left Pott. Co. before the damn was built. Apparently the city was destroyed. Contact me at my email address & I will give you additional info. Harmon
