I am searching for information on Dr. Floyd E. WALLACE: his practice in Chase City, Lincoln Twp., Rice Co., Kansas, his family, or any help with when he began his practice, ended his practice, and with whom or where his "records" could be found.

Information I have on Dr. Floyd E. WALLACE follows:

1900 McPherson Twp., McPherson Co., Kansas - with parents
Wallace, Floyd E.,son, age 20, b. Jun 1879,Medical Student

1910 Census Chase City, Lincoln Twp., Rice Co., Kansas:
Wallace, F.E. - Dr. age 30, b. Kansas, marr. 1, 4 yrs.
Occup. Physician, Practicioner
Wallace, M.S. - Wife age 30, b. Kansas
Wallace, Evelyn F., Dtr. age 3/12, b. Kansas

1920 He is still in practice: Doctor, M.D., Medical Practice
Wife Margaret S., Daughter Evelyn F., Son Eugene E.
reside with him

1930 He is still in practice:Physician Medical.Wife Margaret
Sons Eugene and Thomas, Daughter Evelyn Fay reside also

I have been unable to obtain a birth certificate for Logan William Hopper, delivered by Dr. WALLACE July 19, 1905 or 1906 (birth year is in question).

If I know the year Dr. WALLACE began his practice in Chase City I could possibly determine which year Logan was born.

I would like to hear from anyone having information regarding the WALLACE medical practice in Chase, or perhaps someone in their family was delivered or cared for by Dr. WALLACE.

Are there any family members of the WALLACE family still in the area?

Thank you, Di
