William Current Monson, son of John William and Mary Elizabeth Monson, was b. 1865 Harrison Co, Kentucky and m. Lillie Jane Simmons, dau of Allen and Hannah Kutcher Simmons, in 1889 Rice Co, KS. Lillie Jane was b. 1870 in Noble Co, IN and d. 1948 Alden, Rice Co, KS. William C Monson d. 1948 and they are buried in Alden Cemetery, Alden, KS. William owned land east of Alden.
