Searching info on George and Emma Besse. They show up in the 1880 census, Atlanta, Rice, Kansas, with their five daughters ages 11 to 2. Their first two daughters were born in Ill. (Lelia and Sallie) then Louisa, Katie and Dasie born in Kansas so the family was evidently in Kansas by 1874. Emma had a sister Minnie and Minnie and husband Oliver P Smith also are in 1880 Atlanta, Rice, Kansas. Thanks. June
