Thanks so much for writing me. Please write me again directly at

I just called my mother-in-law re: your message.

Her name is Evelyn Miksch. She lives in Red Cloud now. She is the only surviving daughter of Vencil Kudrna. She had a sister named Glenna die at birth. Her mother's name was Helen Bednar. Anyway, her grandfather's name was Joseph Kudrna. The only thing she can really remember is that he had a cousin named Anton who never married. Anton had a sister named Albie who never married. So, it looks like there is a match. She does not have any records and she says that she would have to go the cementary to look at headstones. She doesn't believe the connection and wants to know if you know if you have ever heard of the "Zajic" family. (Pronounced Zites) Seems the one cousin she really remembers is "Kootie" and he was part of that family. Her father had brothers and some of their children live in Red Cloud. One of the grandchildren is looking for this same information.

I do not have family tree maker, but it is on my wish list.

Thanks again. Teresa
