will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will
no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.
Johann Frederich Kuhnle was born in Birenbach, Goppingen, Wuerttemberg in 1795. He migrated to first Westmoreland County, Pa then Paradise, Jefferson County in 1829. Some of his descendants moved to Wright County, Minn after the Civil War, and some stayed in Jefferson, Clearfield, and Blair Counties. Some of the ones in Minn moved to Paonia, Delta County, Colorado in about 1895. His son George, two grand sons John Adam and David W., and grand daughter Mary Ellen Kuhnley Rudolph died there. Most of the others moved on to southern Arizona, Oregon, or southern California. Related families include: Weber, Rudolph, Schlemmer, Wortman, Heberling, Zeigler, Bucheit, and Rogers to name only a few.
