Kulhanek Family
Posted by: Maureen Collins (ID *****2701) Date: June 12, 2012 at 10:20:01

My great-grandmother was Pauline (aka Pavlina) Kulhanek. She was born in March, 1882 in Bohemia. She married Frank Martinovsky. Immigrated to Cleveland, Ohio in about 1903. At that time they had a son. Martinovksy died and she remarried. Marriage application says parents were: Frank Kulhanek & Maria Cermak. One of my uncles had remembered that there may have been a farm outside of Prague. I have a photo with foreign writing on it. The woman looks too old to be Pauline, but I don't have a clue as to who it is. I know nothing about either Kulhanek or Martinovsky family. Not even sure where to start looking. Any suggestions and/or info would be appreciated. Thanks so much
