Charlene, Thank you for your response re: Kumnick. I made an error on the Cox name = Alma H. BEESLEY Kumnick, born Jan 1910 either in Lincoln or Pottawatomie Co, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of James William Beesley and Ethel Nora COX Beesley. Alma's maternal grandparents were from Morgan Co., Illinois, went to Oklahoma for a short time, then back again to Illinois. Ethel Nora Cox married J.W. Beesley in Oklahoma and Alma was born there. From OK they went back Illinois.
According to the SSDI: they died in Maywood, Cook Co.,IL
Ethel Nora Cox Beesley died September 1966
James William Beesley died Feb 1967
Also in the SSDI,I found Alma M. Kumnick, born 19 Jan 1910, died 12 March 1995 in Maywood, Cook Co., IL.
Since I know the Beesley's had a daughter named Alma M. who was born in January of 1910; and that they died in Maywood, this girl "fits" in as their daughter. I was only assuming she was until I prove/disprove. The SSDI was the only close clue I had to go on. I'm wondering if Alma Khoutek's middle initial was the "H" or "M"?? If she was the one who married the Kumnick then I don't think this would be my Alma. I will have to try to get a copy of the obit for Alma and see what it says, also the ones for James and Ethel Beesley.
Charlene, sure appreciate your help on this!! May
