I am related to the Kunkle's from "Kunkle, Ohio". My great grandmother on my father's side was Leafa Stambaugh, maiden name Kunkle. Her grandfather was Henry Kunkle, Sr. He founded the town of Kunkle in Ohio.

My father has been doing research on the Kunkle side of the family for about a year and has gathered a lot of informtion on relative. He has been taking pictures of gravestones. When I get my home computer set up with a scanner I will load these into

About 10 years ago a small paperback book was put together about the town of Kunkle and it's founder. A lot of the pictures used were from Leafa's personal collection. I have a copy of this book.

If anyone is interrested in the information my father has collected you can e-mail me and I can either get the information or put you in touch with him. I am sure he'd love to hear from any Kunkle's out there.
