Hi Marianne -

I'm sure we're related somehow. Unfortunately, the info I posted on the message board is all I know about Frederick, Harvey, Walter & Paul Kunz. I asked my grandma about the info you posted and she said that our Kunz line did indeed come from the French/German/Swiss border but that the info about Walter didn't sound familar (but then again, we have no info about that side of the family).

She did say that Frederick settled in the Erie, Michigan area and his brother Paul settled in the Toledo, Ohio area. But again, she had no info on Harvey or Walter. She also said that there were a lot of cousins named Walter. (It's a family name) And that my Great-Grandpa Frederick was especially close to a cousin named Walter who lived in the Toledo area. Does this sound familiar to you?

Also, another bit of info: Frederick died of paint poisoning in the 1930's.

Hope this helps. :) I wish I give you more info but this is all I know. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks - Marla.
