Hi! We have a great grandfather named Jan Kurys who had a brother named Andrew Kurys. Andrew (Andrzej)came to the US and lived in the Philadelphia area. They had a sister, Zofia that married Vincent May and lived in New Jersey.
Andrew we believe married a Ukrainian woman first that died. Then he married Anna Maselko and they had four children: Pauline, Anielka, Catherine, and Janem (John). It's funny how we have similar names in our family. You'd think we would be related somehow. Jan was married to Franciszka Oleksa. Their children were: Aniela, Maryja, Agnieszka, Adam, Walenty, and Jozef. Before deportation, they lived in the Brody/Warszawka area. They spread out all over the globe after that... Can we be related?
