According to the Crittenden County Cemetery Book on page 197, there is a James F. Brasher (b. 23 Mar 1866, d. 20 Aug 1946) buried in Stephenson Cemetery located near Frances, Kentucky, with wife Martha F. (b. 6 Nov 1869, d. 11 July 1959).
