C.A.P. Taylor and Ellen Taylor

C. A. P. Taylor (1824-1906) and his wife Ellen Taylor (1838-??) are buried in the cemetery in Marion. Does anyone know if these are the parents of Samuel Cone Taylor (1856-?)? Samuel Cone Taylor appears in the 1880 census for Livingston Co., KY, but I think he was born in Crittenden Co.
