Other than Mt. Zion which you indicated you already have, there is one other cemetery I found in my Crittenden County Cemetery books where I found a Heath. It is Mapleview Cemetery, and the following Heaths are listed: Mary Cook Heath, 30 Jan 1871 to 2 Mar 1954, Forrest B. Heath, 19 June 1871 to 31 Dec. 1958, George A. Heath, 7 Nov 1894 to 16 June 1915, and Reina Heath Johnson, 3 Aug 1901 to ? (book says "blank"). Hope this is of help to you.
