Greenup archives 1998-2001 listed as Viginia Cogan (Knipp) born 1943- died 1994. Her parents were Virgil Knipp Sr. and Ruth E. Smith. I am looking for data on the parents too. I do know they had a son Virgil Raymond Knipp Jr. named after Virgil SR. I do not know if they lived lived in Kentucky. Any help will be appreciated.
