1. I am looking for information on ancestors, first and second marriage and descendants for William Rowe.
William Rowe was born 1849 probably in Kentucky and died about 1895 in Kentucky during an epidemic maybe cholera.
His first wife was: name unknown DOB unknown
They had several children including:
Charlotte Rowe who married George Williams and took in Minnie and Esther when their mother and father died.
William Rowe, Jr. b: 1876 probably in Kentucky
John Rowe
William Rowe's second wife was Jahaza Sizemore.
Jahaza was born 3 Sep 1864 in Ashland, KY probably and died about 1895 probably in Kentucky in the same epidemic. (Jahaza was of Cherokee Indian descent. Her father was Sen John Sizemore b:1840, son of William Black Hawk Sizemore b1840, son of George Golden Hawk Sizemore b: 1790, son of George All Sizemore b: 1750)
William and Jahaza Sizemore had two known children and maybe others:
Esther Rowe b: 8 Jun 1892 in Ashland, KY probably; d: 24 Dec 1988 in Boulder, CO.
1st marriage was to Sidney Chapman b: 28 Mar 1888 in Pike, KY d: 19 May 1945 Mingo Co., WV Esther and Sydney had two children: Marie Chapman and Sherwood Tunis Chapman.
2nd marriage to Louis D. Aseriero b: 21 Aug 1892 in the Philippines and died 25 Jan 1968 in Denver, CO. Esther and Louis had a son named William Aseniero.
Minnie "Louise" Rowe b: 15 Sep 1884 in Ashland, KY and died 25 Sep 1946 in Denver, CO.
Minnie married Irvin Preston Turner b: 17 Sep 1874 in Laurens SC and died 6 Mar 1947 in Denver, CO probably.
2. I am looking for any additional information on William Lowe and Jahaza Sizemore's other children other than Esther and Minnie.
3. (Someone named Karen (a great granddaughter of Jahaze Sizemone) inquired to AllthingsCherokee.com page 32 in 2001 but her email address JohnsChildRenC@netschape.net no longer is active. If I can find her, perhaps she has some information).
