Father Hebert's SW Louisiana Records lists the following entries for you Francois and Adelphine;

ALLEMAND, Adelphine (Joseph & Marie Melanie CORMIER) m. 11 Jan. 1897 Francois THIBODEAUX (Rayne Ch.: v. 2, p. 138)

THIBODEAUX, Francois (Zephyrin & Lezima COURVILLE) m. 11 Jan. 1897 Adelphine ALLEMAND (Rayne Ch.: v.2, p. 138)

It also gives the following baptismal dates for their children:
THIBODEAUX, Lea (Francois & Adelphine ALLEMAND) b. 25 Oct. 1897; bt. 20 Dec. 1897 (Rayne Ch.: v.5, p.200)

THIBODEAUX, Marie Amella (Francois & Delphine ALLEMAND) b. 23 May 1899; bt. 29 June 1899 (Rayne Ch.: v.5, p.283)

THIBODEAUX, Aurelien (Francois & Delphine ALLEMAND) b. 25 Oct. 1900; bt. 1 Dec. 1900 (Rayne Ch.: v.5, p.359)

You can probably find Francois and Adelphine with their parents in the 1880 census. This is available to search for free at www.familysearch.org.
