Where to send for a marriage certifacte?

I'm tring yo find out where I should send to about attaining a copy of a 1896 marriage certifacte.

The married happened at

Our Lady of the Scared Heart Catholic Church in Church Point, LA.

Should I try writing to the church?

To the Clerk of Court for Acadia?

I found on the Acadia Clerk of Court website that marriage certifacte are $2.00 per page if mailed, but I'm not sure if that would be for MY certifacte or if it includes a certifacte that old.

Any ideas? Thanks for the help!
