In 1860 Ascension Parish census, Wm. R. Parker, 35.Blacksmith, M., born La was shown with Desdimond, 30 F., born Tenn., with 6 children 12 yrs. to 1 yr., and Henry Parker, 22 yrs, all born LA.
Can anyone give earlier or later data on this family, including parents of William and Desdimond? Did they have more than 6 children? Regards. LAElderLaw@aol.com
