Help with Jos Euphemon LeBlanc line

Hi everyone,

Joseph Euphemon LeBlanc and Marie Rose Bourgeois were married Oct 29 1866. According to the 1900 census, Marie Rose was the mother of 8 children with 4 still living. I have 7 listed. Can anyone give me info on the 8th child? I have checked thru Vol 18 of the Dio of Baton Rouge Records. Marie Rose’s husband Joseph died in 1886.

8.       unknown b when? (need help please)
