Does anyone reseraching any Collins line in La. know my JEFFERSON DAVIS COLLINS born c 1856? He married MOLLIE THAXTON born c 1860 in La. Not sure just what parish either of them was born in...can't seem to get enough info to search census records. One thing for certain..they had a daughter WILLIE MAE COLLINS born in Jefferson parish in 1892....Jeff worked on the railroad, so haven't a clue as to what directin they went after Willie was born nor when.
