Claire, Looks like we have a little bit of a connect here. I have Thomas BROWN and Esther Tarkington had 3 children that I have found. There could be more.

1) Mary BROWN-She married first to Thomas CORNELIUS. He was from Davidsson Co. Tenn. Second she married Moses BROWN St. Gabriels Church-Iberville Parish. They married 6 July 1837. Moses BROWN was son of Richard BROWN & Jane BRIDGES BROWN. Richard & Jane are my GGG-Grandparents.

2.) Amelia D. BROWN-I had her first name as "Emily". I had her husband as G.C. RUBY and you have RABY. They married 21 Dec. 1837.

3.) Shephard BROWN-I have he married 8 Nov. 1838 to a Virginia RIVAS?
