I have read the other posts you made on Louis Starks. You say he was born abt 1932 yet you say this Harold Starks married in 1945..is this correct?
When/where did Louis Starks die? There is nothing in the SSDI for a Louis Staks b abt 1932
At some point in his life he had to apply for a delayed birth certificate or something similar to go into the military appy for SS # etc,

could this be your father?
