Hi,

What have you found in the Louisiana DATAbase;
http://resources.rootsweb.ancestry.com/USA/LA.html

You may want to try this; Library Database

Have you thought about your library? The local library has free access to Genealogy Databases.

Ancestry.com is the largest family history site online with over 4 billion names in worldwide historical records, family tree services and genealogy.

1. http://familysearch.org/

2. http:///ancestry.com/

3. http://EllisIsland.org

I go to my local library, open up Ancestry.com and open another window with my Gmail account. Then the INFO found in my research is copied from Ancestry then pasted into Gmail and emailed to myself.

At home Gmail is opened and the Ancestry INFO is copied and then pasted into Family Tree Maker. It is so easy I hope it works for you.

Regards ~ LsuŠEduŠ In New Orleans Louisiana
